Contents are the primary thing to focus, unless you have good content on your blog, your marketing and monetizing efforts will not be much productive. Its an ongoing process, which will continue in next stages also.

Monetize your Blog: Third and the last stag is to monetize your blog through advertisement. this stage will be effective enough if you really have done previous two stages wonderfully. If you have good contents on your blog and good traffic on your blog, your blog will be good money making.
